Founded in the early 1960s as a distributor of Bridgestone tires, ATC has grown to become a market leader in Nepal’s automotive tire industry. Our extensive distribution network spans from Mechi in the east to Mahakali in the west, ensuring nationwide availability.In the mid-1990s, ATC diversified into water technology, introducing a range of world-class and energy-efficient products. These include solar water heaters from Solahart (Australia), swimming pool equipment from Davey (Australia), Emaux (Australia), Astral (Europe), Hayward (USA), Pentair (USA), and health club equipment from Tylo (Sweden).
Environmental sustainability has always been at the core of ATC’s values, guiding us to choose products that promote energy efficiency. This commitment led us to expand into green building solutions. Alongside solar water heaters, we now offer building insulation systems that conserve energy across homes, commercial buildings, factories, and poultry sheds. We also promote urban greening through innovative solutions like green roofs and vertical/horizontal gardens—ideal for concrete-heavy cityscapes
In mid-2021, ATC ventured into exports, with the introduction of Himalayan Yak Chews, adding a new dimension to our business.
To support our operations, we maintain approximately 2,000 square meters of warehouse space, enabling efficient storage and nationwide distribution of our diverse product portfolio.

Leadership
Mr. Manoj Sethia is the CEO of ATC Private Limited, a family enterprise he took over in 1984. With nearly four decades of experience, he has transformed ATC into a leading name in Nepal’s automotive sector through his expertise and strategic vision.
Mr. Sethia’s deep knowledge of the tire segment and his leadership have helped ATC build a strong nationwide dealer network, ensuring wide market reach. He played a key role in making Bridgestone the top tire brand in Nepal’s SUV segment.
He has also served as Vice President of the Nepal Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) and continues to contribute to the industry’s growth. His leadership keeps ATC at the forefront of Nepal’s automotive market.
Mr. Manoj Sethia
CEO & Managing Director, ATC Private Limited
Mr. Harshvardhan Sethia is the Director of Sales & Operations at ATC Private Limited. An MBA graduate from the National University of Singapore, he brings global business acumen and local insights to drive the company’s growth.
Since joining in 2018, he has led ATC’s diversification, launching the Auto Care and Pet Chew verticals while overseeing the Passenger Car Tire division. His leadership has strengthened ATC’s market position and expanded its customer base.
Harshvardhan is also an active member of the Nepal Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum (NYEF), supporting entrepreneurship and innovation in Nepal.
